Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and site architecture issues.
- Lead the implementation of schema markup, structured data, and advanced HTML/CSS optimization to enhance search visibility.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals performance.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies focused on high-authority domains to boost domain authority and referral traffic.
- Analyze complex analytics data (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs) to generate actionable insights and report on ROI.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain future-proof.
- Mentor junior SEO analysts and contribute to the development of departmental best practices.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO, with a focus on enterprise-level websites.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Essentials, crawling, indexing, and ranking systems.
- Proficiency in debugging code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and using tools like Screaming Frog, GTmetrix, and PageSpeed Insights.
