Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of transportation planning experience in public sector
- Proficiency in transportation modeling software (e.g., TransCAD, Cube)
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Familiarity with federal transportation regulations (FTA, FHWA)
