Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive transportation plans aligning with federal/state regulations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of transportation planning experience
- Proficiency in ArcGIS, TransCAD, and traffic simulation software
- Strong knowledge of NEPA, MAP-21, and Massachusetts transportation policies
- Proven track record of managing multimodal projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
