Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend infrastructure for next-gen AI models.
- Oversee the development of quantum-ready algorithms and predictive analytics systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Product, Security) to design immersive, future-proof user experiences.
- Define technical standards, code quality benchmarks, and architectural best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists in advanced methodologies.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and lead technical decision-making sessions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack development and systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models at scale in production environments.
- Experience with distributed systems, edge computing, and real-time data processing.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and security compliance standards.
