Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, vehicle registration, and title transactions with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to 50+ daily clients
- Operate DMV software systems and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding fees, documents, and procedures
- Verify documentation and process payments efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
