Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the front office reception area, greeting visitors and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical records for departmental files.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and mail, responding to routine inquiries and routing complex issues to management.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for department staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute memos, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the team with various administrative projects and special events as required.
- Ensure compliance with state government policies and confidentiality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; some college coursework is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
