Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate incoming public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Process and maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for department leadership.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings for senior state officials.
- Ensure compliance with all agency policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality agreements.
- Perform data entry and analysis using state-specific software systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role within a government or large organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and state database management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
