- Process and maintain confidential state records with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional citizen support via phone and in-person on weekends
- Coordinate cross-agency communications and document workflows

- Train weekend support staff on departmental procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative or customer service experience

- Ability to obtain Ohio Notary Public certification within 30 days
