Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate public records and filing systems in accordance with state regulations.
- Process incoming applications, inquiries, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Prepare and compile reports, memos, and presentations for government officials.
- Assist constituents by answering phone calls and resolving administrative issues efficiently.
- Utilize computerized databases to track data entry and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate schedules for department staff and manage meeting arrangements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License is required for this location.
