Responsibilities
- Analyze state policies and regulations to recommend evidence-based improvements
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for legislative stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on public health and safety initiatives
- Manage confidential data using secure government platforms
- Respond to constituent inquiries with clear, solutions-focused communication
- Monitor budget allocations and ensure fiscal compliance
- Participate in intergovernmental task force meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government or policy analysis
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Active Washington State residency required
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management with competing priorities
- Knowledge of Washington State RCW/WAC regulations
