Responsibilities
- Manage state procurement contracts and vendor negotiations
- Ensure compliance with Ohio Revised Code and federal regulations
- Process daily financial transactions and payment approvals
- Coordinate with state agencies to fulfill procurement requirements
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and audit trails

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or contract management experience
- Proficiency in Ohio's procurement systems (e.g., OH|ID)
- Strong knowledge of FAR and Ohio Administrative Code
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced government environment
- Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) preferred
