Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain accurate digital records for state files.
- Assist the public with document processing, filing, and basic information requests.
- Organize office files, schedules, and correspondence to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support senior staff with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and office protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite preferred).
