- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinate schedules for department staff and manage internal communications.
- Prepare reports and summaries of daily activities for supervisor review.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess valid work authorization.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
