Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain state server infrastructure and network systems during off-hours.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and data integrity checks.
- Resolve technical support tickets and IT issues escalated during the night shift.
- Ensure strict compliance with state security protocols and data privacy laws.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to document issues and solutions.
- Conduct routine hardware and software troubleshooting for end-users.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
