Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and ensure accurate record-keeping for departmental files.
- Conduct compliance audits and verify adherence to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, government services, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and state-specific software systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and obtain necessary security clearances.
