Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate applications for state benefits and programs efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to constituents and visitors.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and digital databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline departmental operations.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to meet state compliance standards.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new departmental staff.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate matters to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in government, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
