Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Prepare and review official documents, reports, and correspondence for accuracy and compliance.
- Interact with the public, stakeholders, and government officials to provide information and resolve inquiries.
- Ensure strict adherence to state regulations, policies, and civil service procedures.
- Maintain confidential records and case files in an organized and secure manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement state programs and initiatives effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government or public service setting is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
