Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Oversee state agency databases and IT infrastructure during night shifts to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
- Data Integrity: Perform routine data entry, verification, and auditing to maintain the highest standards of accuracy for state records.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical glitches and address urgent government inquiries that arise outside of standard business hours.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or government operations.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and database management software.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear technical reports.
