Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming night shift caseloads with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments for new clients seeking state assistance.
- Update and maintain confidential electronic health and case records in the state database.
- Communicate effectively with law enforcement, healthcare providers, and other agencies during off-hours.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding night shift operations.
- Assist in the resolution of escalated issues and emergency inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite and state-specific software.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance (if driving for state business).
