Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage state agency systems and data streams during night shift operations to ensure 24/7 service continuity.
- Respond promptly to critical alerts and service tickets generated outside of standard business hours.
- Conduct routine system checks and backups to maintain data integrity and security protocols.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to document issues, transfer knowledge, and ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Assist in the resolution of technical and administrative inquiries from state employees and the public.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding night shift activities and system performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a support role, call center, or technical environment is highly desirable.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends as required by agency needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and focused in a high-pressure environment.
