Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Respond to citizen inquiries regarding state services via phone, email, and secure portal during the night shift.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain sensitive government records and case files with high attention to detail.
- System Monitoring: Monitor government IT systems and databases for alerts or discrepancies that require immediate attention.
- Compliance: Ensure all actions taken during the shift adhere to state regulations and privacy policies.
- Documentation: Create detailed shift logs and reports summarizing activities and issues resolved.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with day-shift teams to hand over critical information and ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen required for government employment.
