Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough data analysis and prepare detailed financial reports for state stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of state financial software and database systems.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on documentation and compliance records.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; an Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, administrative support, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with government ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to obtain a valid Michigan driver's license (if required for occasional travel to satellite offices).
