Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, R, or Python)
- Deep understanding of California state government operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- Valid California driver's license (may require travel to Sacramento)
