Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official municipal records, permits, and documentation with precision
- Process and validate citizen requests for public information under Arizona public records laws
- Coordinate with city departments to support council meetings, elections, and community events
- Utilize digital platforms for remote document management, e-filing, and virtual hearings
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and virtual channels for public inquiries
- Assist in developing and implementing digital record-keeping systems for remote accessibility
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for public records management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Public Administration preferred
- 3+ years of administrative or clerical experience in government/public sector

- Knowledge of Arizona public records laws (A.R.S. Title 39) and municipal procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance

- U.S. citizenship and valid Arizona driver's license (if occasional on-site visits required)
