- Lead budgetary planning and resource allocation for multi-million dollar state programs
- Develop comprehensive performance metrics and deliver quarterly progress reports to legislative oversight committees
- Manage stakeholder relationships with community leaders, non-profits, and private sector partners
- Conduct policy analysis and recommend evidence-based improvements to existing programs
- Serve as primary liaison between state agencies and federal representatives in Washington D.C.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of program management experience in government or public sector
- Proven expertise in Georgia state government operations and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced certification in Project Management (PMP) or Public Administration (CPM)
- Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex legislative data
- Strong proficiency in stakeholder engagement across diverse community groups
- Valid Georgia driver's license and ability to travel between Atlanta and Washington Dc
