Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in government or non-profit program management
- Proven budget management experience with $500K+ allocations
- Advanced knowledge of Arizona state statutes and administrative codes
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
