Responsibilities
- Develop and implement state-funded community programs across Cook County
- Analyze program data to optimize service delivery and impact metrics
- Collaborate with local government agencies and non-profit partners
- Prepare detailed budget reports and grant compliance documentation
- Lead community outreach initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor program performance against state-mandated KPIs
- Train staff on policy updates and procedural changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government program coordination
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Illinois residency required at time of hire
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- Experience with federal/state grant management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certification in Public Administration (CPM) preferred
