Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver transportation infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and public affairs teams
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and TxDOT standards
- Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor contracts
- Prepare progress reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Resolve project issues and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Lead stakeholder engagement with community partners and government agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in public sector or infrastructure
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and procurement processes
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Texas driver's license with clean driving record
