Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming state applications and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and hard copy records for all applicants.
- Assist the public in navigating state programs and provide clear, concise information.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and improve service delivery.
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay current on state policy changes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or customer service setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
