Responsibilities
- Manage Government Records: Accurately maintain, update, and archive public records and sensitive government documents during weekend shifts.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to government employees and the public via phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding state policies.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry tasks, process paperwork, and assist department heads with weekend operational logistics.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all government procedures and protocols are followed strictly during non-standard business hours.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on digital government databases and office equipment to ensure seamless weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in public administration is preferred.

- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
