Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government or public sector role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government database software.
