Responsibilities
- Execute daily revenue processing tasks, including collections, permits, and license renewals, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Provide high-level customer support and issue resolution to the public during Saturday and Sunday operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government records and citizen data.
- Assist in the reconciliation of daily financial transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with Monday-Friday staff to ensure seamless handovers and information continuity.
- Enforce state and local compliance regulations during shift operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with state database management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to de-escalate conflict and communicate complex information clearly.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required for government employment.
