Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with DoD, DODI, and federal regulatory requirements
- Conduct comprehensive audits of security protocols and classified information handling
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for 200+ personnel
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight committees
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory updates and policy revisions
- Lead cross-functional compliance initiatives across multiple defense sectors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years federal compliance or security clearance experience
- Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
- Expert knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and NISPOM regulations
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CFCM) required
- Exceptional analytical writing and presentation skills
