Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for state agencies.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Ensure compliance with state security policies and data protection regulations.

- Provide technical support and training to state employees.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional IT experience in a government or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with SQL database management and scripting (Python or PowerShell).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Azure are highly preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary state security clearances.
