Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory and user account security protocols.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical procedures and maintain detailed incident reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve IT service delivery and user experience.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
