Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or benefits management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and state pension software systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and Texas pension regulations
- Excellent written communication skills for remote documentation
