Responsibilities
- Analyze state legislation and regulatory impacts for Jacksonville region
- Develop policy recommendations for public sector modernization
- Prepare comprehensive reports for legislative stakeholders
- Coordinate with local government officials on implementation strategies
- Monitor federal compliance requirements for state programs
- Present findings to cross-functional leadership teams
- Maintain accurate records of policy research and outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years government policy analysis experience
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Expertise in Florida Sunshine Law and public records protocols
- Strong written communication skills with report writing samples
