Responsibilities
- Digitize physical records and scan documents into the state database with 100% accuracy.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for high-volume records.
- Verify and input data into legacy and modern state management systems.
- Assist in the retrieval and destruction of documents in accordance with state retention schedules.
- Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline weekend workflow processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in records management, data entry, or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a background check and State security clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends and holidays as required.
