What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical strategy of our 2026 roadmap, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable system architectures for the 2026 technology stack, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative, aligning engineering goals with long-term business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development efforts to identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum computing, Web3) relevant to our niche.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and best practices across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go, or TypeScript) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about technology trends and their impact on business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
