Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company’s comprehensive technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Architectural Strategy: Design scalable, resilient, and innovative system architectures that support future growth and emerging technologies like AI and Quantum Computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison between executive leadership, product teams, and engineering departments to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Technology Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering managers and foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Risk Management: Oversee technical debt reduction and cybersecurity protocols to ensure infrastructure integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic architecture role.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business strategies into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, distributed systems, and large-scale data architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
