- Oversee carbon accounting systems and sustainability data analytics platforms
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and policy influencers
- Design employee engagement programs for sustainable culture transformation
- Monitor emerging sustainability regulations and adapt compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability leadership with SaaS or manufacturing experience
- Proven track record of scaling ESG programs across global operations
- Expertise in carbon accounting (GHG Protocol) and circular economy principles
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSCP) or equivalent credential
- Demonstrated success influencing C-suite on climate action strategies
- Experience with B Corp certification and sustainable supply chain auditing
- Strong background in policy advocacy for environmental legislation
