Responsibilities
- Assist the public with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits to city offices.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain accurate digital records for various departments.
- Prepare and organize official documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support event coordination and facility management tasks.
- Ensure strict adherence to government confidentiality protocols and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a government or administrative setting is a plus.
