Responsibilities
- Design and oversee highway, bridge, and traffic infrastructure projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of transportation engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and transportation modeling software
- Strong knowledge of MUTCD and PennDOT design standards
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Familiarity with PennDOT project delivery processes
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
