Responsibilities
- Lead complex transportation infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Manage project budgets exceeding $5M with strict fiscal oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and state agencies
- Ensure compliance with federal/state transportation regulations and safety standards
- Develop and implement innovative project management methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in transportation
- PMP certification or equivalent professional designation required
