Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of transportation planning experience
- Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS) and transportation modeling tools
- Knowledge of Massachusetts transportation regulations and policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
