Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive transportation plans for urban mobility projects
- Analyze traffic flow data and recommend infrastructure improvements
- Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies on cross-jurisdictional initiatives
- Prepare grant proposals and manage federal/state funding allocations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of transportation planning experience
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS) and traffic modeling tools
- Experience with NEPA documentation and environmental reviews
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
