Responsibilities
- Manage multimodal transportation projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies
- Ensure compliance with FTA/WSDOT regulations and safety standards
- Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures
- Lead stakeholder engagement and public outreach initiatives
- Oversee contractor performance and deliverables
- Prepare progress reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of transportation project management experience
- PE certification (Washington State)
- Expertise in FTA/WSDOT procurement processes
- Proven track record of managing $5M+ projects
- Strong knowledge of ADA and Title VI compliance
- Experience with public-private partnerships
