Responsibilities
- Operate advanced X-ray and millimeter-wave scanners to screen passengers and baggage for prohibited items
- Conduct thorough pat-down searches and explosive detection procedures
- Manage checkpoint security protocols while maintaining efficient passenger flow
- Respond to security incidents with calm professionalism and quick decision-making
- Document security activities and maintain accurate incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency situations

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Must meet TSA's fitness standards including lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods
- Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
