Responsibilities

- Manage passenger flow and provide clear instructions during security screening processes
- Document security incidents and suspicious activities using TSA reporting systems
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding security procedures and sensitive information
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during security alerts
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on security protocols and technologies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or legal residency status
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations
- Basic computer literacy for operating security equipment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
