- Provide clear instructions to travelers during screening processes

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in high-traffic environments
- Basic computer proficiency for document verification
